DGMayor 90 Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 So with the latest dev release, I'm having an issue with chapter skipping. If I skip chapters, it resumes with no sound. If I stop it and try to resume or restart, the file will no longer play and I have to exit MBC and return. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/45741371/MBClassic-271020144affde62695a4385bf8bee495d320686.log
ebr 16169 Posted October 28, 2014 Author Posted October 28, 2014 There is no current dev release but I don't think this has much to do with any updates. I've seen this behavior in some videos for a long time. The WMC player simply does not like it when we try to skip around a lot in the stream. I've put things in there to try and mitigate it but I can probably also improve it in the future.

I just know i haven't seen what I"m seeing now before the most current version I have installed. I'll verify the version when I get home tonight just for reference. DGMayor 90 Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 So just to touch on this, it happened again last evening. I had accidentally hit a button on my controller that I have mapped to ALT-F4 so it killed WMC. Normally if that happens I just load it back up and resume the show. Resume wasn't an option, so I started it over and tried to chapter jump to where I was. Jumped forward and there was no sound. Stopped the video and Resume wasn't an option and hitting play just flashed the screen a second. I then turned OFF the enhanced player and it played just fine with the internal player.
