noworky 0 Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 Like multiple posts in the past, I have the exact same permissions issues with mkv files. I am mounting with ntfs drives. Like multiple other people, I have read the intro to permissions post so please don't waste time with that. Permissions are fine and every other software I use on this machine doesn't have this issues, so think about that before trying to pass the ball to a paying user. If this doesn't get resolved, can I get a refund for a broken product? Below are the log files that don't really help the situation but I am sure you will ask for them: *** Error Report *** Version: 4.6.4.0 Command line: /opt/emby-server/system/EmbyServer.dll -programdata /var/lib/emby -ffdetect /opt/emby-server/b> Operating system: Linux version 5.4.0-84-generic (buildd@lgw01-amd64-050) (gcc version 9.3.0 (Ubuntu 9.3.0-1> Framework: .NET Core 3.1.13 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: opt/emby-server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 12 Data path: /var/lib/emby Application path: /opt/emby-server/system System.NullReferenceException: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an > at Emby.Server.Implementations.Dto.DtoService.AttachPeople(BaseItemDto dto, BaseItem item, DtoOptions opt> at Emby.Server.Implementations.Dto.DtoService.GetBaseItemDtoInternal(BaseItem item, DtoOptions options, U> at Emby.Server.Implementations.Dto.DtoService.GetBaseItemDto(BaseItem item, DtoOptions options, User user) at MediaBrowser.Api.UserLibrary.UserLibraryService.Get(GetItem request) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceController.GetTaskResult(Task task) at Emby.Server.Implementations.Services.ServiceHandler.ProcessRequestAsync(HttpListenerHost appHost, IReq> at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.HttpListenerHost.RequestHandler(IRequest httpReq, ReadOnlyMemor> Source: Emby.Server.Implementations TargetSite: Void AttachPeople(MediaBrowser.Model.Dto.BaseItemDto, MediaBrowser.Controller.Entities.BaseItem,> ffmeg log: 2.162 Stream mapping: 08:45:02.162 Stream #0:0 (h264) -> overlay:main (graph 0) 08:45:02.162 Stream #0:4 (pgssub) -> scale (graph 0) 08:45:02.162 overlay (graph 0) -> Stream #0:0 (libx264) 08:45:02.162 Stream #0:1 -> #0:1 (ac3 (native) -> aac (native)) 08:45:02.162 Press [q] to stop, [?] for help 08:45:02.233 [matroska, webm @ 0x10ca880] sub2video: using 1920x1036 canvas 08:45:02.234 [libx264 @ 0x11061c0] using SAR=1/1 08:45:02.235 [libx264 @ 0x11061c0] using cpu capabilities: MMX2 SSE2Fast SSSE3 SSE4.2 AVX 08:45:02.251 [libx264 @ 0x11061c0] profile High, level 4.0, 4:2:0, 8-bit 08:45:02.252 [libx264 @ 0x11061c0] 264 - core 161 r3039 544c61f - H.264/MPEG-4 AVC codec - Copyleft 2003-2021 - http>08:45:02.252 Could not write header for output file #0 (incorrect codec parameters ?): Permission denied 08:45:02.252 Error initializing output stream 0:0 -- 08:45:02.253 [aac @ 0x10f73c0] Qavg: 64094.008 08:45:02.253 [aac @ 0x10f73c0] 2 frames left in the queue on closing 08:45:02.257 Conversion failed! 1
