Anyone from Switzerland using Init7?

I touched base with a friend in Switzerland (Bern) but he uses Yallo primarily because he does not speak Swiss very well (he's a Belgium native and speaks French, Dutch, English and Japanese) and Yallo is noted, among other things, for being very "friendly" to non Swiss speakers. However he has a friend, maybe two, that he "thinks" are using Init7.

If you wish I can relay a question, or several, through him to a user of Init7 once he verifies that they do indeed use it.

It is "possible" that his friend would directly communicate with you (or me)  but the one he is most sure of is quite paranoid and might be unwilling to contact anyone from the US directly. Paranoia is unpredictable in its level of fear of others.

Just contact me and I will ask but the results of the request is quite the unknown.

That would be fantastic.  The person does not need to run Emby either.  I just need them to do a test for me using VLC.
Init7 uses Multicast to stream TV to it's customers so I want to see if they can use a playlist (m3u file) I'll provide to get Live TV.

Neither my friend nor his friend is very good with tech. He said that he would try to do what you ask. He just needs directions (step by step with any needed notes to make it easy and clear. If you provide the needed files or instructions he will make the test. He says it will take about a day or so for him to get his friend to give it a try.

He is a very good and intelligent person but his technical ability tops out whit the removal of a cork from a bottle of wine.

Also his friend said that he is willing to help but all communication must go through me. I know it makes little sense but it is his paranoia and it matters very little if it is rational or not.

I seem to have some really "strange" friends but I like him and he is one of the few that I have not, yet, outlived.

If you want we can use email or private messages for the rest. It will just take some time and he and his friend will not do anything when Chelsea or Racing Genk or the English or French or Belgium national teams are playing or about to play or having a news conference. European soccer fans make NFL fans seem tame and sedate in comparison.

My friend does use Emby but his friend does not.
