Collections with '&' producing &amp&amp&amp (repeating) in their title

As the titles states, there are quite a few collections that have this bug.  With the old plug-in this problem didn't exist, so not sure what the change was.

Example:

It also seems to double up some collections also as seen above.  Same thing with Cheech & Chong (Double and Ampersand issue).  And The Three Mothers:image.png.3dc02e396871d411d795d03bae4be718.png

I attempted to delete them a few months ago and they just automatically returned (after a scan).  I was hoping a fix would come along and take care of it, but never did.  Anyone know how to fix it?

Do you store NFOs with your media? If so, either post them here for Harold & Kumar movies or check yourself and delete extra <set> node within them.

As for The Three Mothers Collection, that first instance doesn't seem auto-created as it lacks "Collection" suffix in title, so I'd assume it is not recognized as double item.

@GrimReaper  Yes, I store nfo and images in the folders, I will take a look at the <set> node.  I deleted the offending collections again so I'll see if it they come back, I noticed after I posted that the Tiger & Bunny Collection corrected itself at some point because that one was an issue too...  I haven't ever created my own collection (Although I do know how to, and I've added movies to existing collections) So Three Mothers and The Three Mothers Collection were both auto-created at some point... Maybe from the Plug-in and now from the server implementation?  I dunno...

Yeah, just delete that "The Three Mothers" one, since it really looks neither scraped nor named properly, Primary image there is just common auto-generated one on unscraped/unidentified item. Also check NFOs of comprising movies for double <set> node.
