Any way to get around port forwarding blocks?

I have a emby server which was working fine for the past 6 months, but suddenly some under the hood changes happened with our ISP's and now I can't seem to access my emby server over WAN. Lan works fine I tried changing the ports but it doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated.

Walk through the link below. The key thing is if your router's WAN IP addr is different from what canyouseeme.org is reporting then you're likely behind double NAT or CGNAT and if you can't get a public IP (static) from your ISP then you'll have to resort to other options.
