Problem with phone and EMby widget

Widget appears without asking for it on the main screen and I cannot get rid of it. It blocks main settings, can't do many things and is very annoying. How do i get rid of it on android?

When the widget is open > drag it to the right > settings > hide media player when media stopped playing.
