ebr 16169 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 What does 'no success' mean? And from what are you doing this (an application, a browser...)?
candyman 6 Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 >What does 'no success' mean? IncludeItemTypes=Movie (Returns movies excluding those in a boxset) No way that I can see to get a list of all movies including those in boxsets >And from what are you doing this (an application, a browser...)? Currently browser
Happy2Play 9780 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Have you went to my preference and unchecked "group movies into collections"? Dashboard user icon-my preferences
ebr 16169 Posted September 5, 2014 Posted September 5, 2014 Yeah, that call is going to respect the user setting. There used to be an explicit option you could supply to make the box sets roll up - but it was intended to make it happen not keep it from happening. But maybe CollapseBoxSetItems=false will work...? This is not going to continue to work from a browser once we institute the tighter security on the server. Just FYI.
candyman 6 Posted September 5, 2014 Author Posted September 5, 2014 thanks guys actually got it working, with a little digging through MBC logs came up with /mediabrowser/users/{UserID}/items?Recursive=true&IncludeItemTypes=Movie%2CBoxset Rgd's Andrew
