If you navigate up to the folder level where the download link is by removing the filename you can see the exact date Luke uploaded the file

Edit: and if you want you can follow the release notes pinned post then you should get a notification depending on your forum settings

Hi guys thanks for your help. But im having problems in trying to install the app. The old version of the app had expired so i have removed it, power cycled the TV, downloaded the app on a FAT16 USB drive, but the TV sees the USB drive but will not start install and it won't see the files in the userwidget folder either. please help

When you say "remove" do you mean you clicked "Remove" from the Home?  Because you need to go to app settings up in the upper right corner by clicking the cog wheel and "Delete" the old Emby version.  Anyhow, the symptoms you describe are exactly what happens when an old version is installed.
