This usually means Connect has not updated your external address or is no longer accessible. You could go to your user account on the dashboard and remove the Connect Username, hit save, then re-add it to see if Connect is updated.

Happy2Play 9782 Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Have you tried disabling Mcafee firewall to see if makes any difference. But sounds like you need to create firewall rules.

But sounds like you need to create firewall rules. my dad said it might be something with his router? idk but if its not idk how to do the mcaffee firewall thing i've tried looking it up but it shows a error when i try doing stuff in the app

What version of Mcafee do you have. But all I can do is good for their settings.

But all I can do is good for their settings. i have the latest mcafee. and my dad does but he says it resets randomly? the router does something funny. but id still like to do the mcafee thing, I think i've done it before but i forget how

Carlo 4561 Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Is his Emby server remote for you (different LAN)? Do you know the IP and port being used on your Dad's Emby Server? If so try opening http://IP:PORT or https://IP:port in a web browser. Do you get a login screen when you do that?
