gkiss1977 2 Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 Hi there it would be great if we could have one or more custom field option in the Metadata that would allow for a better integration with home automation. For example setting a projector to zoom in to the right image height. Unfortunately currently when the black bars are encoded into the video, we cannot use the aspect ratio data as it only shows the aspect ratio of the video file not the actual movie.
Luke 42078 Posted September 10, 2021 Posted September 10, 2021 Hi, the beta server does have a new database table that is capable of holding arbitrary key/value pairs. It was added internally for unrelated reasons, but at some point I suppose some kind of api and display could be added around it.
