I would like to know at best what maximum number of devices I can connect

Standard Premiere subscription has 25 devices cap. You can opt for Extended Premiere options which would carry higher device limits.

There is no true answer to this question as you can use as many clients that do not require premiere/unlock as your hardware can handle.  So it really depends on the features you will be using and the client/apps used.

Correct.  There is no actual limit on devices in general.  Only for Premiere features.
