Subtitles settings

Hi guys,

Bare with me, this will be a long explication .

I have emby installed both on my phone (android) and Xbox, and 3 weeks ago (as far as i remember) i started having some problems with the subtitles appearance, but only on Xbox and also i don't have the appearance settings no more(screenshot attached).

Can you please help me with this setting disappearance case?
