breixopd14 0 Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 (edited) I just set up an Emby server using cloudron and uploaded some seasons of Attack On Titan but none of the episodes show up except Season 3 episode 6. I have changed the folder name, restarted, tried readding metadata and nothing, all the episodes are in the same format and the title is in the same format too but episode 6 is the only one that loads. This is what the Season 3 folder looks like This is what the overall structure looks like (still adding episodes) This is what it looks like in Emby Also, unrelated question but earlier while i was looking through the settings i found a menu to set up torrent clients or automatic downloads and now i cant find it, where is it? Happy2Play 9780 Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 Do you have the server log for when you did this? But nothing really stands out from the images provided. It shouldn't be happening but if go to that episode S3E6 is there a multi-version drop down box? Emby does not offer anything related to torrent clients or automatic downloading media. It does offer downloading your media to your connected client/app.
Luke 42078 Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 The issue might be due to the ancestor folder that is a guid, which contains numbers. This could be throwing off the season and episode number parsing. This is something I have been looking into recently while helping another user, but in the meantime if you need immediate relief, try changing the name of that folder to something simpler like just "tv".

Are you talking about the Attack On Titan (2013) folder? It wasnt working before I put the 2013 already, I tried it because someone said it worked

Those are likely Sonarr settings.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted September 8, 2021 Posted September 8, 2021 I would not think anything before /shows is relevant, but we would need to see the set library path on the library. Tested this with library path set to "C:\Users\Media\Desktop\Videos\c7db9602-897e-475a-8e54-4b36a13a5b99\TV - DB" with Season 1 and 3 folders with episodes named 1 thru 10. A server log could shed more light on the issue.

It shouldn't be relevant, but I have identified some extremely rare cases with another user that actually is happening, and I'm working on resolving that.
breixopd14 0 Posted September 8, 2021 Author Posted September 8, 2021 So I had to resize my VPS to have more disk space and more season 3 episodes randomly showed up but nothing else. Here are server logs: 0b5cbdcd-238b-4a71-9020-e00bc8b374d2.log
Solution breixopd14 0 Posted September 8, 2021 Author Solution Posted September 8, 2021 All the episodes are loading now, I guess it either just took a while to scan and add metadata or it just didn't have enough storage, thanks for the help though.
