I was wondering if there is a chance of creating a second separate collections folder

for example one of tv series and one for movies and have them named differently...

Yes im aware that emby creates folders automatically to organize tv shows and movies separately i was asking if there's a chance to add another different collections folder so i can organize tv show collections and movie collections...

In a way that under my media i'll have movies folder tv shows folder collections folder and a second separate collections folder

I hope its clear enough 🙂

Basically same can be achieved in two ways, either of which require manual work, one more one less, by creating two additional libraries:

1. (the hard one)

Create Movies-Collections and TV-Collections libraries, use strm files for desired items, tick "Group tems into collections" three-dot menu option.

2. (I'd suggest this one)

Break down your folder structure as follows (example for Movies but same applies for TV shows):

\Movies A

\Movies B (Collections)

Have your main Movies library paths set to include both folders. Have your Movies-Collections library paths to include only Movies B folder. Set "Group items into collections" in second library, you'll have same view.

Edit: You can even hide the auto-Collections library from the Home Screen settings, hence having only two separate Collections libraries displayed.

when creating the folder what type of content to choose from?

and in the case of tv shows do I need to create strm files for each episode or only for the main title?
