Emby App more easier way

Hello I'm new here, Im trying for fist time using TV on Emby App and for my older family, is hard to change channel instead of just go UP AND DOWN for simple change channel  as a normal TV.

There are something in mind for the future change this settings to do more easier navigate in TV mode?

We're constantly making improvement to the apps to aid in navigation and ease of use.

One of the problems we constantly have to wrestle with is the amount and type of buttons that are available on different devices. For example you won't find those buttons on Rokus, Apple TV devices or Android devices.  They usually only exist on actual TV remotes.

Hi.  There are no channel up/down buttons on that remote.  If you use the up key, you will get the on screen guide though which then allows you to select any channel from it (and see what is on instead of just going blind).
