Failing to connect to server

My lg tv was connecting fine, and now it stopped.

I have upgraded the server (on Linux) to the latest release.

I have deleted and reinstalled Emby on the LG tv. 

and it still fails to connect. 

what can be the problem, and how can I debug it?

Hi there, how exactly are you trying to connect with the LG app? What version of Emby Server are you running?
