Primary image keeps showing in screen when adding movies

When adding new movies all the info and metadata is correctly retrieved except the cover art, it keeps coming up with screenshots of the movie in 16:9 format, manually changing it works.

I get that once in awhile too if I rerip a BD movie and the default scan puts a backdrop where a folder.jpg should be.  I then delete the folder.jpg and hit refresh and it gets the correct folder file the second time.
