About Movie Collections - EmbyServer 4640

Hi,
I have configured in the movie library for Emby to process the collections from 1 single movie, but nothing was created, even though I manually tracked them three times.
I would like some help on this.

Collections. Created but empty.

Have you tried refreshing (search for missing) on a item that is part of a collection that is not made yet?

Yes

I just did the same and a single item Collection was made.

Hi,
Trying to explain better...
- When adding movies belonging to compilations, I have more than 100 of them, Emby should create compilations with all of them, but created empty, without any films, as I showed in image1.
- I say the general Emby tracking three times and the result was the same; collection created but empty, without any film.
- Following the tip, I updated the metadata in only one movie belonging to the collection. So this movie [REC] was added to the compilation, just him. I did the same with another movie [Rambo] and that too was added to the compilation. This made me realize that only the individual manual tracking on the film belonging to a collection made the thing work.
So I did this with the 100+ movies and edited the data and images manually and now I have the perfect collection and with every new movie added to the library I will scan it manually as it seems to be the only way to get it into the collection.
Using EmbyServer 4640 on a local pc, with the media folders on the same pc, locally.

Taking advantage of the subject, the title in My Media is not translated. It's in English when it should be in Portuguese. In the string looks correct. Or would it be in another location?
