About Intro Video - EmbyServer 4640

Hi,
I found a problem that didn't exist before, but now I've tested it on five videos and the problem has been repeated.
I use an Intro video that plays before the movie starts, however Emby doesn't start the movie because the Intro doesn't finish. It is stopped near the end and only by clicking on the Next icon it is possible to start the movie.
I wait a long time and the movie starts, something like two minutes, with the Intro video only fifteen seconds long.

Today's log is attached.
I don't know details of how the log works, but the problem mentioned in the initial post was confirmed even after resetting the emby and even the pc.
When playing the Intro video, it does not advance to start the video. I waited a few minutes and after clicking the Next button, the video starts normally.

Have you tried a different into video?

Maybe you have a bad file?

I've been using the same Intro file for 3 years but I'm going to experiment with another sim. Thanks.
