Metadata Manager - Newly downloaded episode not showing up

I used to have the issue in a previous beta version. I'm currently using 3.0.5347.22095.

 

I'm not exactly sure how to fix it; here's the issue: NzbDrone downloads a new episode that aired today. It will move the file to the library and rename it accordingly. Media Browser will start library scan due to real-time monitoring. In XBMC, using XBMB3C, I will navigate to the appropriate TV show. The new season will indicate there is 14/15 watched. I enter the season and there's no new episode showing, yet it tells me I have one unwatched episode. I checked the metadata manager in Media Browser and the episode is not even showing up. I have to refresh and save at season level to make the episode appear. The log I've attached is regarding the Masterchef episode 5x15.

 

I was sure this was resolved, but apparently not or am I missing something?
