Hi, Restart any routers and switches you have on your network and see if that improves things.

if not, you may want to do an iperf test between devices. I had buffering issues, mainly only over wifi, but I noticed things like fast forwarding in recordings being laggy and rare hiccups in 4k movies over Ethernet. Iperf test showed me that transferring from any device to my server was all over the place but down to 5KBps. Turns out it was the server NIC. Replaced it, and everything been good since.

Well I have done it between my pc from witch I transfer media to my linux server, looks ok . Although the  transfer of file sometime crawl at 5 mb /s instead the normal speed of at least 100M/s  I dont know how to ssh the nvidia shield to install on it and run from it

Connecting to host 192.168.2.101, port 5201
[  5] local 192.168.2.50 port 43368 connected to 192.168.2.101 port 5201

You don’t.

 Download Magic iperf on shield then you can do the test to it from pc or other device https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4904/~/testing-networks-speeds-on-shield-tv

@rodainas good tip

So far I think I fixed it by just enabling "JUMBO FRAME" on my router
