This movie is having playback problems on Samsung Smart Tv.

Is it transcoding?  Why does SFN say it's transcoding?

Also, post any ffmpeg logs created during playback.

Não é transcodificação. No Android TV ele roda em reprodução direta, no Smartv da Samsung ele não começa.

I suspect this is waiting for the server to complete subtitle extraction.  This can take a minute or two on the first playback start, after that it should be quicker.

Unfortunately your server log is way too big and has too many devices doing playback for me to try and narrow this down.  If possible, run the 'Rotate Log File' task, then try the playback again with subtitles, then save the log with just one device with playback that doesn't start.

What happens when you start playback without subtitles, then turn subtitles on during playback?

OK, you must be on a 2016 or earlier Samsung model. Unfortunately we can't update that in the store anymore as Samsung is only accepting app updates for 2017+, but you could install the latest version via USB and see if that helps:

emby install via USB with the store outside the USA?
Can I do this USB installation on recent Samsung models?

The USB version should install on all versions of Tizen no matter what region your TV.
