Question about Connect and SSL

Question for you all. I have SSL setup through Cloudfare. When a remote user connects via Emby Connect does it point to the secure domain, or does it somehow reroute to the local network?

Also, is there an easy way to see how someone is connected?

It will go through Cloudflare.

Have you looked at the Activity box/section on the Web Dashboard?

I thought it did.... and yet when I went to remove my server (per a suggestion in another post about another issue) now when I log in via connect I don't even see my server. Not sure what I did here.. but damned if now nothing is working haha. Was working fine just really slow a few min ago.

It's the weirdest thing.. When I do that... I get "other options" Enter User Manually / Login with Connect / Switch Server / Send Logs

If I click switch server my server shows up, but when I click on that, it takes me right back to the options i just mentioned above

You will want to enter the server manually using the remote URL address and port and do not want to auto find the server which will be the local ip/port.

But just to get things tested don't use an app, just use a web browser and directly enter the remote URL.

I can connect via a web browser to the remote URL.

OK now go into users menu on the web dashboard and remote the Emby Connect username and click save.  Then add the Emby Connect username back again and click save.

Try logging in again.

I was able to get that working. I appreciate the help. I actually deleted the user(s) who were having issues and readded them in. The initial stuff didn't work but that did it for some reason.
