Hi, please playback/cast this again.

After playing for a couple of minutes stop and then go to Logs menu on the server and upload the ffmpeg log file generated (check time stamp).

That log file doesn't show any tone mapping.

Have you turned on tone mapping in the Transcoding menu?

Tone mapping was on, subscription was off (I didn't even realise it had stopped!) - all fixed ๐Ÿ™‚
