No valid username after reset password

Hello,

I don't understand overnight I couldn't log into Emby. I thought I was entering the wrong password. So I reset my password. I entered the pin but and when I log in with the username and the password field empty. It tells me an incorrect username. I don't understand anything anymore ... can you help me

Hi, we need more info.  Do you run your own Emby Server?

Was this a local or Emby Connect username?

Hello thank you for your quick response.  it's my Emby Connect and it's on my own server on a synology

Login to your server with a local account.  Then remove the Emby Connect username and save it. Now add it back again and save it.

See if it works now.
