dml33 25 Posted August 29, 2021 Posted August 29, 2021 (edited) Hi. I am using Emby 4.6.4.0 and I have a problem with these movies: A quiet place A quiet place II The thing is that, although they are perfectly recognized by Emby (imdb and themoviedb ids are correct), they are not linked together in a collection. I have not noticed any other issue like that in any of my other collections. Collection link I do not use Auto Box Sets plug-in, since I uninstalled it when it was not necessary anymore. What could be the reason? Thanks! Edited August 29, 2021 by dml33
Carlo 4561 Posted August 29, 2021 Posted August 29, 2021 Try refreshing the metadata on both movies and see if that makes a difference. After refreshing the metadata run a full library scan.
Happy2Play 9785 Posted August 29, 2021 Posted August 29, 2021 Without seeing the item metadata it is a guess. But would assume the database does not have all the information for both movies to be linked, so as cayars mentioned one or both movies will need to be refreshed.
jonomite 29 Posted August 30, 2021 Posted August 30, 2021 I'm noticing this issue as well, with several titties. I've tried refreshing metadata on both, but Emby doesn't seem to group then into a collection. I wonder if there's a bug lurking here somewhere.

jonomite 29 Posted August 30, 2021 Posted August 30, 2021 I tried restarting my server and then refreshing metadata on the titles that weren't grouping into collections, and that seems to have solved the issue. 1
