Transcode-temp directory not clearing after recording ends

I had 2 sports recordings running this afternoon. Both ended, yet the transcode files for both were NOT deleted. This caused my c drive to fill up leading to my other recordings getting cancelled. 

@Luke Can you PLEASE fix this issue? I'm moving my DVR from Plex because Plex keeps shutting down and as usual there's no one that helps out over there. Can you please get this fixed? I'll send some logs in a PM.

This issue stopped happening for me.  They at least addressed this issue in the BETA channel so if you are running the stable release you may want to try the BETA.

One other thing. I don't know if this is part of the reason I don't have the problem any more but I have a batch file that is set to run every hour to delete everything in the transcode-temp directory.  This is something that was set up before the issue was addressed in the BETA and was only a partial solution.  If your transcode-temp stops growing with the BETA but it is not deleting the temp files in a timely manner you may have to do something similar.
