Channels now empty and not letting me map manually

All of my channels show up but when trying to map the guide data in the settings it doesnt show any channels there and wont let me map them like i was able to before.

Hi, When I've seen this it was because of bad EPG guide.

Are you using an XML guide source?

I havent used it in about a year and just recently set it back up.

I did just notice i had two old EPGs in there. clearing them out and refreshing to see if that does it!
