atjpatatatj 0 Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 Hey I'd like to report an issue our house is having quite frequently. We can't watch an entire movie without the movie just stopping. I make sure to keep the app open so it's not due to lost of connectivity. Today was really peculiar. The movie stopped playing and none of us could get the movie to play again on TV. You can see the errors in the logs attached. the movie stopped at 2021-08-24 19:06:10.173, after that it's us trying to get it back up and playing on TV. We could connect but the movie didn't load so we eventually had to use the ancient HDMI cable. Thanks in advance for any help! Let me know if you need any further information embyserver.txt

Luke 42086 Posted August 24, 2021 Posted August 24, 2021 Hi, a stop command came in from the android app. Are you sure you didn't actually press stop inadvertantly?
