Anyone Else Using F.LUX for HTPC (Removes blue light in picture after sunset)

So, I've been using F.Lux on my MBC (and testing MBT) HTPC to slowly remove blue light.  I also do this with Vera + Hue Lights (going from white/blue in day...to yellow at sunset...and orange after 10pm...and red at bedtime (button or auto at 11pm).

On my desktop PC, I use a more aggressive indecent (needing the reboot).  Really helps when working late night.  Turning it off after using all evening is quite drastic on the eyes to get that bright brue/white light.

If you don't use it on your HTPC, i highly suggest you use it on your PC's and IOS devices.

PS - There is no way to keep "Movie Mode" forced, but I haven't noticed a big difference with movied mode on my 1080p displays.  Hopefully more options will come with time.

PSS - Alt-PgDown also makes the picture backlight dimmer.  I haven't tried this on the HTPC but use it on my multi-mon desktop setup.

Ya, if blue light is spam for the eyes.  It's free download there @@Spaceboy if you actually looked before passing your incorrect judgement.

PS - Not related to author in any way and benefit in no way if you use this FREE software.
