Impossible to unlock account

Hello,

I have recently bought an Amazon Fire TV Cube.

After installation of Emby, I have noticed that it is not possible to read video from my server without unlocking the account. I have tried several time to buy the option (4,29€) but impossible to do it. There is a displayed message (in French) : "Une erreur s'est produite lors du traitement de votre achat. Une erreur s'est produite. Veuillez réessayer. Si les problèmes persistent, contactez le service client."

I have tried to disconnect account, restart the Amazon device, I have always the same message.

Two times, I have been asked to enter my Amazon password to validate purchase, but then it fails again.

Any idea to solve this issue ?

Hi, that error message is telling you to contact Amazon support.

Any number of things could be wrong from bad CC data to something wrong setup in your account.

It was probably an issue with Amazon.
