Com.android.volley error with usb to ethernet dongle

So my tcl p715 tv has a 100mbps ethernet and i get buffer issues with high bitstreams remux files over emby.

I got a ugreen axis 88179 usb to ethernet dongle that works with the internet. However the emby app cannot connect to the emby server over the usb to ethernet dongle.. i get the com.android.volley errorneither can plex..any one has any ideas?

Hi.  This would indicate that the issue probably lies at the device/network level.

Have you properly setup the network interface?

Are they on the same local network? Is there a local network when connecting them this way?

Yes they are. I have resigned that it’s probably a hardware or android 9 or driver issue between the tv and the ugreen adapter
