Subtitle download problem

The problem occurs when I click to search for subtitles in Emby theater. Before I choose a language or get a chance to proceed the loading circle will appear and continue swirling indefinitely. 

 

If I stop playback or return to the home screen the circle still persists. The o ly way to get rid of it is to close emby theater. 

 

Android apps give me a language option and will search and download correctly using addic7ed or opensubtitles. 

 

Is this a known problem?
