There are like 100 of these running, never seen these before on this computer  Any thoughts?

Those are windows OS processes.

I'm not a windows person windows came with this pc long as it's normal to have so many, I'm use to doing everything in a terminal and don't feel like changing it to linux since emby runs good on it.

If you scroll up, you'll see them listed under Windows Processes. They are the running services you can see on the Services tab.
