Photos missing from mixed content library

Hello,

I just noticed that all my photos are missing from my "Adventures" library.  I had set this up separately from "Home videos & photos".  I had set it up as Mixed Content.  It use to display the images as a slideshow and everything worked as it should.   It seems only videos are showing up now.  I tried re-scanning the library but no help.  When I look in the directories the images are all there.

Hi, You need to reset this library up using Home Video a Pictures library type which will support pictures.

Hi, yes I actually tried that before I posted.  With that I get nothing to display.  No images are videos.  I am wondering if it's because of my directory structure.

Also, was there a change or update in the Emby Server software that caused this?  Like I said, everything was working fine with the way I had it setup as far as a mixed content library.  I'm not sure at what point things got lost and broken, as I don't look at this library that often.  I'm not sure which update broke it all.

Try setting it back up as Home Videos & Photos but make sure the old library is removed first and you rescan before adding the new library.  Then do a new scan.

You do not want the same path showing up in multiple libraries of different types.

Then if this doesn't work, upload the server log file with the library scan for us to look at.

Unfortunately this didn't work as I want.  First thing is I only see videos, no photos.  Second, it's not keeping each directory folder separate like it did before.  All these videos are just mixed together on one screen.  Before, I could enter each directory separate and had nice artwork for each one to display as the primary image.  Where is this log file located so I can upload it?

Actually, nvm.  I think it's working.  It's slowly scanning and I just noticed there is a tabbed choice of Videos, Photos, and Folders up top.  I think this will do once it finishes scanning.  Thanks so much!

Note you can set the landing tab on settings-home screen for most libraries types.

Right, there's the Folders tab which is what I think you want.
