Emby theater crashes xbox 1 s

Hi. 

My son has been having problems emby theater crashing his xbox 1. When he finishes watching a episode he presses the back button it doesn't respond, and when he presses back again he ends back on the main page. Possible time is about 20 seconds. 

The xbox is stuck on the main emby page and can't get out. My son ends having to pull the power out of the back of the box and put back in to restart the box. He has no problem any other app. 

Not sure where the issue lies.

Hi, has he tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app?

He has reinstalled the app and it happens every time so far.
