Bazzu85 22 Posted August 16, 2021 Posted August 16, 2021 (edited) Hi.. The question is simple.. In emby we have this: I use the first group for my children The movie "the lion king" in tmdb has an it certification of T and in emby I have "IT-T" Are there a way to add it to the group? Luke 42079 Posted August 16, 2021 Posted August 16, 2021 Hi, what do you mean by add it to the group? What group are you referring to?

Luke 42079 Posted August 16, 2021 Posted August 16, 2021 There is no way to do that. What metadata country have you configured?

Luke 42079 Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 OK, there's no way for you to do this, but we can add italian ratings to our system for the next release. Thanks.

Bazzu85 22 Posted December 20, 2022 Author Posted December 20, 2022 (edited) Hi, I post here a similar problem. This show is marked as 0+ but in my kid profile is not showing Here's the parental control configuration: The 0+ profile need to be added to thr IT-T rating? ty Edited December 20, 2022 by Bazzu85 attachments needed to be manually added

Where is 0+ coming from? Unless defined it would be an Unknown rating. 1

I think that is from the russian (show origin) rating: https://rating-system.fandom.com/wiki/Russian_Age_Rating_System#:~:text=0%2B rating uses black text,16%2B correspond to traffic lights. The show on TMDB is marked as 0+ https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/46080?language=it-IT
Luke 42079 Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 We can add that to the server for the 4.8 release. Thanks. 1

LoadRatings("ru", new[] { new ParentalRating("RU-0+", 1), new ParentalRating("RU-6+", 3), new ParentalRating("RU-12+", 7), new ParentalRating("RU-16+", 9), new ParentalRating("RU-18+", 10) });

Please tell me if I'm wrong.

Luke 42079 Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Quote but would assume IT-T = RU-0+ yes that's correct.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 (edited) @Luke Is this not mapping properly when fetched? To me this would be considered Unknown. provider metadata }, "content_ratings": { "results": [{ "iso_3166_1": "DE", "rating": "0" }, { "iso_3166_1": "GB", "rating": "U" }, { "iso_3166_1": "US", "rating": "TV-Y" }, { "iso_3166_1": "RU", "rating": "0+" }, { "iso_3166_1": "BR", "rating": "L" } ] } Edited December 20, 2022 by Happy2Play
Happy2Play 9780 Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 @Lukesorry this is a metadata provider order issue as I had TVDB before TMDB, once I switched, I got correct rating. Issue with TVDB rating mapping "contentRatings": [{ "id": 184, "name": "0+", "country": "rus", "description": "Suitable for all ages", "contentType": "", "order": 0 }, { "id": 242, "name": "TV-Y", "country": "usa", "description": "Suitable for children ages 2–6", "contentType": "", "order": 0 }

Happy2Play 9780 Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 1 minute ago, Luke said: That data is tvdb? The data snippet was from the TVDB series.json so if metadata came from TVDB you on get 0+ but if it comes from TMDB you get RU-0+.
