Emby unable to store subtitles next to media

I have emby 4.6.4.0 installed on my synology (DSM 7.0), and it's not able to store the subtitles in the media folder even though that option is enabled. The subtitles are stored in /var/packages.

I also gave the emby_pkg user read and write permission to the folder.

On DSM 7 you need to assign the System Internal emby user read/write access to your media shares.

Have you done that?

I don't think so. Where can I find that? In the Synology user accounts i can only find emby_pkg.
