There are tv shows and movies that I'm trying to to watch and I'm not getting any sound. I've try to go to something in same area it does have sound then go back and still nothing. And also unstalled the app and are installed and still nothing. What else can I do?

What client? I have found that some video files did not play with sound on Android and Roku clients when using stereo. Those videos play correctly, for me, on the Fire TV devices. I have also found that some videos behave the other way around. I traced the problem to my old receiver that only played stereo and had no HDMI input. I tried several different ways to extract the audio and feed it to the receiver but when I switched to a more modern receiver, even though I still used it in "stereo" mode, it works correctly.

I do not know if anything like that is your issue but it could be.

I am using android box and own 4 different ones and only 1 seems to be okay with the sound working on anything Just using the box and tv.

We need the server log and ffmpeg log file if present for this playback at a minimum.

Web admin, log menu to access them.

The log menu is on your Emby Server.

Hi.  Are you using your own server or someone else's?  Also, what version of the app are you running?  That screen looks really old...

I use my own and others there not working either and and the newest app for all of them

Then we need to see the log files requested from your Emby Server.

That Android TV picture you show is very old as the left hand menu has been gone for a long time.  You need to update this at a minimum to a newer version.
