emby-4.6.4: can't scan media library

I use unraid 6.9.2 and the emby version is 4.6.4.

Now she can't scan media library , suddenly.

I don't know why ?  Anybody know that ?

I have the exact same issue.  Just started yesterday for me.  I have attached my server log file as well.

Any assistance would be great!

@Kdbtech1only need to do the steps for at locked database.  

 

But @dachandler7needs to look at the steps for Recovering or Resetting the database as the log show "Corrupt: database disk image is malformed".

Thanks for your help and I know why now.  However, when I recovered the database, I found that not all the data was successful.  I'm not a developer, so I decided to reinstall the software, It's the easiest thing for me.
