Intel Iris Xe not being used for hardware acceleration

After many trials and tribulations I was finally able to passthrough my iGpu in proxmox to a windows emby server. I confirmed it is working as you can see in the images below:

Just to confirm I am also a Premiere user.

Nonetheless, I can not get Emby to recognize that it exists and allow its usage for hardware acceleration:

Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?

Disregard this. After another reboot of the system it goes into a bluescreen loop so I apparently have yet to get proxmox to passthrough... Sp frustrating.
