Unexplained Server Unavailable - Multiple Occurrences

Didn't think too much of it the first time it happened yesterday. Tried to access the server via web ui on a remote machine and page timeout. Remoted into server machine and the server is running, but web ui won't load there either, and all client apps can not connect. Manually closed the server and re-launched.
About 3:44am EST the server did the same thing. I just now attempted to load up the web ui and exact same results. Server is running, but no clients can communicate, and the server machine can not load the web ui.
I haven't changed anything on the server machine in weeks so not sure what I goofed up, but wanted to see if this was isolated to only myself, and if anyone can notice anything I can't see in the logs causing the server to become unresponsive, yet the tray icon is fully functioning. Typically in the past, the tray icon would disappear when hovered over if the server had crashed.

	Anime 1.4.8.0
	Iconic Image Enhancer 1.1.1.0
	Join Notifications 1.0.0.2
	Playback Reporting 1.9.0.4
	Simkl TV Tracker 1.0.1.0
	Statistics 2.0.20.0
	VirtualTV Plugin 0.9.8.1

Then restart the server and see how that compares. Thanks.
