Playback Error

I saw there was a previous topic with the same prompt, but it was for a different OS and not for the iPhone.

I am not able to play videos from the Emby iOS app. It gives the error: Playback Error, No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again or contact your system administrator for details.

I confirmed I can stream from a mobile web browser, other devices can stream. I can see the device log in from the dashboard, but I am not able to stream any videos.

Any thoughts?

...I fixed it simply by logging out and back in to the server. Not sure how to delete the thread.
