Wobzy 0 Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 (edited) Hi guys. - Emby Server / Win7 Ultimate - Emby Mobile / Android 10 - Chromecast Ultra One particular new video file is failing to cast. All others work fine. The video plays without issue on my mobile. But casting only gives a black screen. Progress bar on mobile remains at 00:00 I read a few other similar posts but failed to find a fix. What logs do you need to see? Cheers. Edit; Emby is fully up to date. Edited August 7, 2021 by Wobzy
Wobzy 0 Posted August 7, 2021 Author Posted August 7, 2021 Ok I just played the movie on my mobile. And then attempted to cast it to my tv. These are all of the logs generated in that time. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-remux-0329a439-5ea3-4458-9533-3b6e611582d3_1.txt ffmpeg-remux-75847bf6-932e-4a16-b5ca-5c9ec7583d99_1.txt ffmpeg-remux-99898092-b3c6-4989-b6e8-dcbe9ce1a1ec_1.txt ffmpeg-remux-edc5098f-89bd-4564-a157-af50555aa3d3_1.txt

Switching it in the settings fixed the issue. You can try it. But this isn't that either.
Luke 42086 Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Please reboot your Chromecast device and then give it another try. Let us know if that helps. Thanks.

Hey Luke, Yeah no dice. Tried this already. On two separate Chromecast devices. Also restarted the server. And the computer.
