Emby Server not starting after windows 10 restart

Emby Server is not starting since I restarted my PC this morning. Seems like some files might have got corrupted somehow. How do I fix it?

Can I just re-install emby server on top of the existing copy without losing any data? (like during an upgrade?)

So just use the setup.exe from this page under Download Emby Server?
