CorradoL 2 Posted August 3, 2021 Posted August 3, 2021 Hi, I can't find a way to uninstall Emby Server. I downloaded the installation file, unzipped it, and inside the System folder I started the .exe file. Now I would like to uninstall it, I clicked the file MediaBrowser.uninstaller.exe, but it tells me that I have to uninstall from the Windows 10 apps & features panel. But Windows 10 can't find the program. How do I completely remove Emby ???
Solution Carlo 4561 Posted August 3, 2021 Solution Posted August 3, 2021 Sounds like you were running Emby as a portable install. Just remove the folder you created from the ZIP file. If you want to remove any data that might have been written go to C:\Users\YOUR-USER-NAME\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server and remove this Emby-Server folder. 1

That folder will not exist on a portable install unless you put it there. Installing from a zip can be placed anywhere and all you do is delete the folder you unzipped the system folder to. Like I have a portable on "A:\Emby-Server"
