Problem with Streaming

Hey guys, 

just hoping someone could help me find a problem i have been having for the last couple of days. i personally think its something on my end but i cant seem to find what it is. The problem i am having is on direct streams on remote and in home too where they play but buffers continuously, i believe remote transcoding is slightly worse as well 

i have included the log files from the last few days. i do apologize that there is so many i dont understand why i have had so many produce so have included all so i  dont miss anything that may be needed.

Mark is in home connection while parents are remote connection, i just dont know what i am looking for to understand how to fix this.

i have tried limiting internet streaming bitrate but this didnt help

as a side note i did install trailers plugin just before this problem started

Hi, please try turning off Transcode throttling and let us know if this improves playback.

Hey @cayars okay not sure what’s just happened but went to go and turn off Throttle in the transcoding section and got this message stating the server transcoding services services are still busy starting up and now my computer has just crashed Fully I have managed to grab a screenshot just before now not sure what to do lol

HAHA never had that one happen either 

how ever i have restarted my pc again managed to get into transcoding but still took a while to load with a bit of glitching, have now turned of throttling and changed the hardware acceleration from advanced to just yes.

and still freezing but everytime i go look at my transcoding panel i still get that message with the computer badly glitching

when you say reboot do you mean reinstall emby completely lol

hey sorry taken me a while to get back online and currently a gtx 1080 but hopefully have a rtx3070 soon lol
