iJoMun 11 Posted July 31, 2021 Posted July 31, 2021 (edited) I messed it up bad. I used to have two different physical folders and libraries for regular TV shows under a library named "TV Shows" and documentary TV shows like PBS NOVA, BBC documentaries shows, etc. into a library called "Documentary TV Shows." Today, I decided to combine them into just one library, i.e. the "TV Shows" library. So I moved the documentary shows into a subfolder I named [Documentary] in the TV Shows parent folder. I wanted to keep all the documentaries in one place. When Emby scanned the new additions, it created a TV show called "Documentary Now!" and put the bulk of those documentaries in there as seasons. So all the NOVA series are a season under "Documentary Now," as are "Frontline," "Four Corners ABC Australia," "BBC Our World," etc., etc. So how do I fix this? How do take those individual shows out of "Documentary Now" and have them show up on their own? I didn't even have any "Documentary Now!" shows on my server, lol. Edited July 31, 2021 by iJoMun
Solution GrimReaper 4749 Posted August 1, 2021 Solution Posted August 1, 2021 (edited) Just take out that [Documentary] folder out of parent TV Shows folder and put it next to it, i.e. same level, and then add that path to your library settings. So, your TV Shows library should consist of /TV Shows/ folder and /[Documentary]/ folder separately. Edited August 1, 2021 by GrimReaper76 Typo 1
