The built-in server dashboard notifications plugin is missing

As title. All my notification settings show a blank list under "Use the following services:". This support article says there should be a built in "built-in server dashboard notifications plugin", but I can't find it anywhere.

I.. have no idea when this started. Months ago probably, whatever version that was. I only noticed because the server stopped updating itself in spite of that setting being on (separate issue which I don't really care about).

Any idea how I can fix it?

But the reason why the services show a blank list is because you haven't installed any.

Thanks, yeah I did wonder.

Curious why it was removed? I'd prefer a local-only option to anything currently in the plugins catalogue, oh well.

Because the server already notifies you of important things on the server dashboard. There is nothing you need to do to set it up.

I've updated the article to remove the old "bubble" dashboard notification which is no longer needed.
