high cpu loads (ubuntu linux)

emby taking up 250% cpu load, I think sometimes it causes emby to hang and become unresponsive when trying to log on it via any client.

 

whats everyones loads like on linux?

just checked TOP and its still high cpu after i stopped/restarted the service

I’m not 100 percent, but I recently had two issues with the server. I’ve had to power cycle my VM because it’s basically non responsive. I try to SSH and I get the login prompt but cannot proceed. 
 

This has happened twice.
